Our shopping cart is very easy to use...just click on the different choices you have at each item, then hit add, you can go over you order by clicking on the view cart button on the left side of the page. When you are done shopping click on the check out link and proceed with check out to complete your order.
At the checkout screen you can create an account (a username and password) that will store your personal information (ie.name, email, and shipping address) here on my website.
So the next time you make a purchase all you do is log into your account,it's that easy.
You will receieve an email confirmation that your order was received.

Anyone can make a payment through paypal you do not have to sign up for a paypal account.
Just click on paypal form of payment at checkout than go to the lower left side of the page where it says "Don't Have A Paypal Account?" and click on continue to fill in your credit card info.
Paypal takes care of the rest it's that easy!!!
To order with your Visa, Master Card or Discover card you can do it on our secure shopping cart or print out an order form and fax or snail mail it to me. You can call me anytime at 951-609-0507 to place your order.
Please have your item number and credit card ready. Leave me your credit card info if I am not available on my voice mail it is safe to do so or a phone number I can reach you.

Shipping Information as follows:
There is a shipping fee added for each raggedy dolly,apron or purse ordered.
I ship USPS Priority Mail for my dolls: $4.95 each
the weighted bottom sitting dolls ship at $6.95 each
Ex lg. annies at $6.95
I ship USPS 1st class mail for my aprons: at $3.00 each.
I do combine shipping when ordering more than one item just email me for correct shipping fees.
International and Canada Orders please contact me for shipping fees my check out is not set up to include the shipping fees with your order.
First Class International Shipping fees are aprox. $8.95 your shipping fee can be less depending on the weight of the doll.
Remember this is an aprox. shipping fee email me for an exact shipping fee on your order.
I highly recommend adding insurance to your purchase, as we can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service.
You can add Insurance For:
$1.70 up to $50.00 coverage
$2.15 for $50.01 to $100.00 coverage

Please note:
All in stock raggedy dollys, aprons or purses listed under "New Products" will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received. All my other raggedies are not made and will take a little longer to ship to you. You can email me for a time frame on receiving your made to order raggedies.
My aprons and purses listed are made and ready to ship out to you within 1-2 days after payment is received.
If there is ever any further delay on any of your orders you will be notified of the estimated shipping time. You will receive your item(s) depending on how busy the postal service is. I ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail some larger orders may ship out UPS.

Return Policy...
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 business days from receipt of your order and I will do my best to resolve the sitiuation to your satisfaction.
All orders are carefully packaged in order to help with a safe delivery, so any item returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as it left my store. I cannot be held liable for damage done by the postal service.
All discounted and last chance dollys or items that have been personalized are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Any refund or exchange for any reason will be given less the original shipping fees. All refunds and exchanges do need advanced approval, so please email me first before sending any item back. The buyer will be responsible for the item to be shipped back to Raggedy Dollys, as well as any additional charges for an item to be reshipped.
